Rebecca Olla delivers skilled advocacy in workers’ compensation law. She earned a BA in Sociology from Bryn Mawr College and a JD from the University of Texas School of Law, where she was actively involved in the Juvenile Justice Clinic.

Her career began as an appellate prosecutor in Texas and later expanded into nearly a decade representing indigent clients in federal criminal appeals. These experiences sharpened her ability to navigate complex legal issues and champion justice.

Rebecca holds admissions in North Carolina and Texas, as well as the Fourth and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. She focuses on Workers’ Compensation, a practice area she values for its depth and complexity.

Beyond her practice, Rebecca invests in professional organizations and pro bono service. Each year, she lends her voice to the Yiddish Songfest, raising funds for Urban Ministries of Durham—a reflection of her commitment to community and service beyond the courtroom.

Originally from New Haven and raised in Austin, Rebecca comes from a family of attorneys. Away from work, she embraces music, audiobooks, gardening, and cooking, while cherishing family traditions with her six children.
