The Marketing Assistant will work out of the Raleigh location and have administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to: coordination of conferences and events, continuing education and CLE planning; oversee marketing materials from draft to final print; coordinate payment of invoices and expense reimbursements; assist with vendor relations; draft attorney biographies and press releases; maintain bar directories and event calendars; execute firm’s social media strategy; and assist with the firm’s intranet and external website. Other general administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year in a marketing support role working for a professional services organization. Education requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English or Advertising. Polished written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as strong editing and proofreading skills, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal staff, partners, external clients and vendors. Other skills include excellent computer skills and software knowledge, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask under tight deadlines, along with the ability to work independently.
Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham is seeking an Accounting Specialist for the Raleigh location. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-5 years of experience with the accounts payable function. Responsibilities include: general ledger, managing the firm’s trust account, cash receipts, banking and processing financial and closing statements, and other accounting duties as needed. Experience with ProLaw is preferred. Candidates must be extremely self-motivated, a team player, must demonstrate strong attention to detail, and show a high level of competency in the generation of accounting and financial reports.
