Litigation Associate Attorney (Raleigh, NC):

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Raleigh location to assist with complex civil litigation matters.

Candidate must have 2 to 3 years of litigation experience, ability to draft and argue motions, experience in trial preparation and research, and success in taking and defending depositions. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines, work independently and within a team environment, and be willing to travel state-wide.  Litigation experience is required. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Insurance Coverage Associate Attorney

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham is growing its Insurance Coverage Services practice and has an immediate need for an experienced insurance coverage Associate Attorney with 2 to 5 years of experience. This is potentially a remote position at a growing civil litigation law firm with offices in Raleigh and Asheville, North Carolina.

Candidates must have experience analyzing insurance coverage matters and be familiar with first and third party insurance policies.  Excellent research, writing and communication skills as well as the ability to interface with clients is also critical. A successful candidate should have the ability to multi-task to meet tight deadlines and work independently and within a team environment.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina or a nearby jurisdiction.

Litigation Legal Assistant (Asheville, NC):

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant with at least 3 to 5 years of experience for the Asheville location.

Candidates must have excellent computer and word processing skills. Responsibilities include: work flow management, transcription, e-filing experience, drafting legal correspondence, scheduling and coordinating meetings/travel arrangements, filing and calendar management, communication with court contacts and clients, and organization of file materials.

Must be extremely self-motivated, a team player, detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
