Reagan Downing is a civil litigation attorney at Teague Campbell, where she focuses her practice on defending clients in complex matters. Drawing on her strong background in litigation, Reagan brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to navigating high-stakes claims in the defense arena.

Prior to joining Teague Campbell, Reagan practiced at a prominent civil litigation firm in Chicago, where she managed an extensive docket of toxic tort and personal injury cases. She worked closely with national counsel to defend corporate clients in multi-party litigation, handled expert and lay witness depositions, and developed litigation strategies designed to protect clients from reputational and financial risk. Her litigation experience also includes drafting dispositive motions, negotiating settlements, and advising clients regarding personal injury claims and institutional liability.

Reagan received her J.D. from Memphis Law, where she earned a Certificate in Health Law and was honored with the Robert J. L. Spence Jr. Moot Court Award for excellence in trial advocacy. She holds a B.A. in Art History and still applies her art historian’s attention to detail and narrative to her litigation work.

A Memphis native, Reagan is passionate about client service and clear communication—skills she developed through years of working directly with plaintiffs, corporate defendants, and national counsel. She is admitted to practice in Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Outside of the office, Reagan is an avid rollerblader, a soul music enthusiast, and a devoted karaoke performer (her hidden talent). She can often be found at her local dog park, taking her staffy-lab mix, Mowgli, out for a stroll.
