Rachel Rogers is a dedicated attorney whose competitive spirit and passion for advocacy stem from her background as a Division 1 lacrosse player at Radford University. While there, she led her team as captain and was recognized for her leadership and academic excellence. After graduating, Rachel attended Campbell University School of Law, where she honed her legal skills as a defense counselor for the Honor Court and gained recognition for her work in the Gailor Family Law Litigation Clinic.

Rachel’s legal experience includes success in national mock trial competitions, including regional semi-finalist placements in both the National Civil Trial Competition and the American Advocates of Justice Mock Trial Competition. Additionally, she had the unique opportunity to study trial advocacy abroad at Baylor Law’s prestigious Academy of the Advocate in St. Andrews, Scotland.

With a focus on Workers’ Compensation, Rachel enjoys the challenge of navigating complex legal issues and advocating for her clients throughout every step of the process. She approaches her cases with the same determination and grit that fueled her success as a collegiate athlete, ensuring her clients receive diligent and compassionate representation.

Outside of her legal practice, Rachel enjoys running—having completed multiple half-marathons—and spending time with her family and friends. A native of Maryland, she is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan and loves relaxing at the beach whenever she can.
