Michael brings decades of workers’ compensation experience and holds a steadfast commitment to his clients. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Management from UNC-Charlotte before pursuing his legal education at Roger Williams University School of Law.
During law school, Michael was awarded a prestigious invite-only Presidential Scholarship, underscoring his academic achievements. He focused his studies on developing expertise in workers’ compensation defense, an area where he has excelled since entering the legal profession. Michael is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of North Carolina.
In his legal practice, Michael primarily focuses on workers’ compensation defense, with significant experience in industries such as logistics, healthcare, and aviation. His notable case involvement includes Tedder v. A&K Enterprises, a published decision in the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
