Emma R. Jones is a Law Clerk in Teague Campbell’s Workers’ Compensation practice group, based in the firm’s Raleigh office. She earned her J.D. from Campbell University School of Law and graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech, where she majored in Political Science and Arabic and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. She also received Virginia Tech’s Outstanding Major Award in the Arabic Department.

During law school, Emma gained hands-on legal experience through internships with the Brunswick County District Attorney’s Office, where she conducted trials, managed juvenile matters, and assisted with complex criminal cases. She also served as a project manager for Campbell Law’s Immigration & Refugee Rights Project and participated in the Veterans Legal Clinic, assisting veterans with discharge upgrades and VA benefits claims.

Emma was drawn to the legal profession by a desire to serve others and provide guidance during challenging situations. She enjoys the intellectual challenge of the law and values the opportunity to help clients navigate complex legal matters with confidence and clarity. Her colleagues describe her as organized, positive, and compassionate.

Outside the office, Emma enjoys running, cooking, discovering unique finds at local thrift stores, and creating artwork, particularly stippled portrait illustrations.
