Dan was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in 2015 and his experience has stretched across many areas of litigation, including construction and design defect claims. He has represented architects and structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil engineers in disputes involving large-scale multi-family, mixed-use, commercial, and residential projects throughout North Carolina.
In addition, Dan has defended broker dealers and registered representatives in FINRA arbitrations throughout the country. Dan values being an integral part of his community. He serves on the Staff Parish Relations Committee at his church and plays goalie for several adult ice hockey leagues in Raleigh.
