Megan Silver is a highly skilled litigation attorney whose work reflects both depth of experience and a unique ability to uncover the facts that matter most. As a partner in the Litigation & Risk Services practice at Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, LLP, she represents insurers, municipalities/local government/ law enforcement, healthcare providers, and institutional clients in complex civil matters across North Carolina. Her background, nearly a decade of state court practice representing a local Department of Social Services and numerous plaintiffs, gives her a rare dual perspective that strengthens her judgment, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Megan is known for her ability to initiate meaningful conversations, draw out key evidence, and build genuine connections with clients, witnesses, and colleagues.
