Respectful Workplace Training: An Interactive and Practical Workshop
This training has been designed for those in leadership positions. Managers need to understand how to create an environment that doesn’t tolerate harassment and how to intervene to put an end to disrespectful behavior. This two hour in-person workshop will address prevention, policies and procedures, and legal concepts, however, we will also discuss civility in general and help you identify positive behavior to create a respectful and inclusive workplace. We will provide the training and tools necessary to prepare managers to respond to situations when they arise. It will be interactive with a focus on building skills for practical application. Each two hour, in-person session will be capped at 25 managers due to the nature of the training. The first hour will consist of critical education and tools and the second hour will be an interactive small group format. You may wish to schedule multiple sessions in an effort to train more department heads, managers and supervisors. We also have recorded employee trainings available.
