Landlord/Tenant Attorney

A Multi-Family & Property Management Attorney at Teague Campbell will draft, review, and sign complaints and summons for summary ejectments and evictions, respond to and work with Clients during the eviction process, and frequently attend Small Claims Court and District Court for Summary Ejectment matters. The attorney will be required to travel frequently, as they will be representing clients in most counties within North Carolina.

Opportunities to learn are around every corner. The firm’s strong mentorship program will develop associates into first-chair lawyers.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a North Carolina licensed attorney with at least one (1) year of experience in landlord/tenant dispute resolution. They should be confident in appearing before Small Claims and District Court, possess strong research and analytical skills to advance cases, and demonstrate the ability to develop strategies while providing clear case updates.

Coverage Attorney (Lateral)

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, a growing and well-respected civil litigation law firm with offices in North Carolina, has an immediate need for a South Carolina based Insurance Coverage Attorney to handle first and third-party insurance matters as well as civil litigation files. Work will include reviewing insurance policies and litigation pleadings, drafting coverage opinions, state and federal declaratory judgement actions, and reservation of rights correspondence, and litigating such matters.

The Ideal Candidate

Candidates must exhibit strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines, work independently and within a team environment, and be willing to travel state-wide.  Candidates must be licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Coverage Attorney (3L)

Teague Campbell Dennis & Gorham, a growing and well-respected civil litigation law firm with offices in the Carolinas, is seeking a Columbia, South Carolina-based entry-level Insurance Coverage Attorney to join the firm in the fall of 2026.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a current 3L student with an interest in litigation and insurance coverage work post-graduation. The position will primarily involve non-litigated insurance coverage work, including research, writing opinion letters, and eventually advising insurers on their obligations with respect to claims handling and coverage issues. Candidates must obtain a law license with South Carolina privileges. Once hired, he/she will work under the supervision and mentorship of an experienced South Carolina coverage attorney in our Columbia office. Candidates must exhibit strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, have the ability to multi-task, and work both independently and within a team environment.
