TEL (919) 480-8588
FAX (919) 873-1814
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Clark is committed to using his legal skills to find business-minded solutions for his clients. Raised in High Point, North Carolina, Clark attended Campbell Law School, where he was heavily involved in the law community. Clark was recognized for his exceptional academic achievements including a Book Award in Trademark Law, membership on Law Review, and involvement with the Innovate Capital Business Law Clinic. Outside of the classroom, Clark worked in a variety of legal fields including government, in-house counsel, litigation, and transactional law. These experiences provided Clark with a well-rounded understanding of the legal profession and have prepared him well for his practice defending employers and insurers in workers’ compensation matters.
After law school, Clark gained valuable experience clerking for superior court judges across the state through the Judicial Fellowship Program at the North Carolina Administrative Office of the Courts. Since that time, Clark has dedicated his practice to workers’ compensation defense and has successfully advocated for his clients in a variety of settings.
As an attorney and adviser, Clark is dedicated to helping his clients overcome their legal obstacles in a way that aligns with their short- and long-term goals. He builds strong relationships with his clients and makes sure they are informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. Clark is ultimately driven by his desire to help people and enjoys piecing together a case like a puzzle while building a rapport with opposing counsel to find solutions.
When he’s not in the office, Clark enjoys spending his time outside as much as he can. You can usually find him camping, golfing, or at Topsail Island where his younger brother runs his own charter fishing business, Topsail Island Fishing Company. Clark also loves exploring Raleigh, visiting the many breweries, music venues, and restaurants the city has to offer.
