Chris, born and raised in Long Island, New York, worked his way through high school and college and was the first in his family to obtain a college degree. After receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from State University of New York at Albany, Chris headed out to Sacramento, California to pursue a Juris Doctor degree. He attended McGeorge School of Law at University of the Pacific and graduated in 2010.  During his time at Pacific, Chris served as the Managing Editor and Legislative Editor for the McGeorge Law Review and was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. Chris also earned a Certificate in International Studies while studying fundamental rights under Supreme Court Justice Anthony M. Kennedy.

Before moving to North Carolina, Chris practiced law for approximately 6 years in California, focusing primarily on insurance defense, construction defect, and employment law matters. When his son was born, he and his wife began considering a move back to the east coast to be closer to family and Raleigh became their home in early 2017. Chris has a true appreciation for hard work and finds that being an attorney allows him to connect with people across industries and trades. He enjoys learning about his client’s business priorities and their definition of success so he can help craft solutions to their problems and avoidance strategies.

In his free time, Chris enjoys live music, watching football and playing the occasional video game. He collects and listens to vinyl records and his all-time favorite artist is Jimi Hendrix. When it comes to getting out of the office, Chris appreciates variety of experience. He and his wife enjoy the convenience and excitement of urban life, while relishing vacations to places such as Jamaica and Zihuatanejo, Mexico.
