Stacy attended high school, college and law school all within a 5 mile radius and is proud to call Raleigh home.  She graduated from North Carolina State University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in History.  From there, she attended Campbell Law School where she received her Juris Doctor degree in 2015.

During her time at Campbell, Stacy was inducted into the Order of Barristers, was a member of the Campbell Law Moot Court Team and Phi Alpha Delta, and served on the Student Bar Association.  She also received the 2015 Safran Moot Court Award, a book award for Professional Skills-Research and was a teaching scholar for Constitutional Law I.  Stacy gained invaluable experience as an intern and extern within the court system.  She interned with Justice Barbara Jackson at the North Carolina Supreme Court and also with the Honorable John C. Martin, Chief Judge for the North Carolina Court of Appeals.  Stacy was also honored to serve as a federal judicial extern to Administrative Law Judge Bruce Tucker Smith for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in New Orleans.

Stacy is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division and enjoys volunteering with Wake County Guardian ad Litem.  In her free time, she is usually chasing her energetic golden doodle “Teddy” or playing USTA tennis.  Stacy is also a newlywed, who shares a passion for NCSU football with her husband.
